- After purchase, you will receive immediate access to download your guide(s).
- Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the download has been provided.
2.2 Guided Quests
- Bookings are subject to guide availability.
- Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule guided quests due to severe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
